I’m sick of my own excuses, thinking that it’s too cold right now to get on my treadmill and work out. Need to get it together. Tomorrow I start my heavy exercise routines again, no more fkn excuses!
I need a massive slap to the face and need to get out of this “relaxed” approach to exercising that I’ve been caught up in for the last week or so.
Amazing followers, I need your support - your words of encouragement will get me through.
Heyy not a problem at all! Our stats are a little similar. I’m 155 with cw at 65kg, we have the same ugw! We can do it :)
