Just burned off 575 calories doing the 30 day shred and some cleaning around the house - feeling goooood :)
Day 5 of 30 day shred and it felt like time just flew by, before I knew it, it was over. Thought id get another workout in so I walked over to the gym - it was packed as in not ONE machine available to use, was pretty bummed so headed home, and gonna go at my usual time of 5:30am - at least I’ll know I’ll have the gym pretty much to myself at that time :)
Day 4 of 30 day shred; feeling fantastic. Im starting to see what the shred and gym workouts are doing to my body, my stomach looks more flat and toned, muscles are building in my legs, my arms are more resistant to the weight training and I’ve lost 4 kilos since ive joined the gym; working out is now a huge part of my life, I feel horrible and lazy if I don’t workout in some way
An hour at gym, burned 470 plus the 80 from walking my dog earlier in the day. Awesome workout :)
Day 3 of the 30 day shred and I’m feeling great :) burned about 210 calories. Will also be going to the gym later on - woo! Will be a good day
