Today's toning/strength
Just did:
16x dumbbell fitball squats and dumbbell rows (16x left arm, 16 right arm).
16x alternating backward dumbbell lunge and fitball dumbbell chest press.
16x step ups with dumbbells (16 right leg, 16 left leg).
ALL 3 times through, followed by:
Lower body twists
Single leg extensions
Plank on elbow for 1 minute

So today is my ‘rest’ day and I feel so lazy not going to the gym, I’ve been at it for 3 weeks straight, pushing myself at the gym and getting my membership’s worth. I know I need rest to let my body recover but does anyone else feel the way I do? Once you start to see some result and you feel great, working out becomes a part of your daily routine.
